About This Item: This is a genuine Shubb replacement sleeve.  This sleeve will fit any Shubb Original or Deluxe model capo. The sleeve is 2.25" in length.  You can easily cut it down to fit smaller Shubb capos.

Trim the sleeve as follows:

• For nylon string or 12-string capos (models 2 or 3), do not cut.
• For steel string capos (models 1 or 4), cut the sleeve to 2"
• For banjo capos (model 5), cut the sleeve to 1 1/2"
• For dobro capos (C6b), do not cut.
• For partial capos (C7b), trim the capo to size using your original sleeve as a guide.

A Shubb Capo is made to last a lifetime. But with long and hard use the rubber or plastic parts can begin to show some wear, and eventually effect the proper functioning of your capo. But you don't throw away a Mercedes when it needs new tires! Get a genuine replacement sleeve made by Shubb.
