Select Sounds is a growing family-owned business located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains of Virginia. We specialize in quality guitar accessories, then combine fast shipping and competitive pricing to best serve our customers. We approach business and our customers from a Christian perspective. What are your shipping policies?

We recognize that after price, quality, and selection, web shoppers want fast delivery. That's why we pack and ship every order as quickly as possible. Our goal is "same day shipping" for every order paid for by Noon Eastern Time (Monday - Friday, excluding U.S. Federal Holidays). In a few cases shipment can be delayed due to unresolved questions concerning the order or the shipping address, or from products unexpectedly out of stock.

All orders ship from the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia. Delivery time varies based on your distance from Zip Code 22656.

We strive to ensure the quality of each product and your enjoyment of your order upon arrival. Because of this we may check certain products before shipment. If you receive a package with a broken seal, you can rest assured that your product is brand new and was checked for proper operation before shipping to ensure it was in proper working order.

We always clearly mark repackaged or used equipment as such before the sale.

If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, we will notify you and ship it as soon as it is available unless you notify us to cancel that item. To get your full order to you as quickly as possible, we will ship the items we have in stock. Multiple shipments will not affect your shipping cost.


How do you calculate shipping costs?

We calculate shipping costs based on the weight of your order. To see the total shipping cost, simply add the item to your cart. Your shipping cost is calculated automatically and shown to you during checkout.


Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

We strive to offer top quality products. There are times, unfortunately, when an item must be returned. We feel we offer one of the strongest return policies available, and provide the following information to clarify our policy and your responsibilities. If you have additional questions or comments, feel free to contact us.

There are no fees for orders that are canceled before shipping. Simply contact us via e-mail before your order leaves our shipping desk. Be aware that the opportunity for cancellations is short as we strive to ship as quickly as possible.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund of the purchase price(1) or exchange.

You must ship the return within 30 days of our shipment date to you (2).

All returned products must be brand new in the original packaging complete with all components, accessories, warranty cards, and owners manual. There can be no signs of wear or abuse. Failure to meet these qualifications may result in a refusal to accept the return or a 15% restocking fee, solely at our discretion. Any refund granted will be via the original payment method.

Refunds are given for the product price only. There are absolutely no refunds for shipping or handling charges, including shipping or packing costs associated with returning the product to us.

Should you decide to return your purchase, follow these steps:

1. Contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number.
2. Carefully box the item to prevent shipping damage.
3. Include a copy of your receipt and write your RA number on the outside of the package.
4. Include a brief explanation of the reason for the return, and your requested resolution (exchange/refund).

We strongly that you use delivery confirmation with your shipping carrier. Without delivery confirmation, if your package is lost in the mail, you have no recourse with your shipper and we can't exchange or refund the item if we never receive it.

(1) The following products are returnable only if they are defective or unopened: strings, picks, polishing cloths.

(2) Our shipment date is the day we ship the product from our facilities, not the date you receive the product.

(3) We will pay the return shipping cost for defective products. Simply contact us for assistance.
